Sofi added all sectors should have the ability to adapt quickly and change conventional working methods during the growth of the industrial 4.0 revolution to society 5.0 era. The service transformation includes the public sector implemented by the government.

"Hopefully we can provide services in a humanistic, inclusive and more modern way through the service we have built," she said.

With a demographic bonus of 71.6 percent of the productive age population, she continued, Indonesia has a digital literacy index of 3.59 which is categorized as good. This is an opportunity that must be utilized to strive for digitalization of Drug and Food supervision.

OQ Jak can be accessed through www.oqjak.bbpomjakarta.id. The application will provide services without waiting time because officers are ready and anticipate customer arrival schedules.

"This innovation is an effort to prevent brokering. The application provides the public with certainty, information and adequate knowledge to take care of needs related to BBPOM services in Jakarta independently," she continued.

Sofi explained that LAILA 24 will provide information and complaint services without time lag using Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot. For people who need specific information related to drugs and food, they can access the service via WhatsApp LAILA 24 at Number 082211267771.

"For wider coverage, this service is available on the Jakarta.pom.go.id subsite and the JakKonek portal which has been integrated into various digital media in the Jakarta Province," she stated.
